We had an excellent experience with the Chicago window guys. We had a leaky window that is positioned over the front door. I had countless companies come out and half looked at it and turned us away due to the size and weight of the window, even the big name companies. Russ and crew came in and found that the leak was due to pitch and limestone. They replaced the limestone and also replaced my front door. The door has been in and window repaired for about a year now and has been fantastic. Russ and team were phenomenal to deal with. Highly recommend.

I had 7 windows and a sliding door installed. It has changed the look and feel of my house. No drafts–even in the extreme cold we just experienced. My heating bill seems less. Russ, the owner came and helped with ideas for different style of windows and I love the new look. The installers worked the entire day-not even pausing for lunch or breaks. They were very professional, answered any questions I had and cleaned up nicely. I am a satisfied customer. Recommended them to my parents who also just had all their windows replaced.

I had a full house window replacement and sliding door replacement. They were very straight forward about the whole process. The cost was great and the installers were prompt and did awesome work. We had a few rotted pieces of wood on the house and they replaced that right away. Awesome work and company.

Working with Chicago Window Guys was nothing short of amazing. We had all of our windows, front door and rear sliding door replaced by them and we could not be more satisfied. From start to finish the process was easy, low pressure and amazingly thorough. The quality of the windows and doors is fantastic, and we are very pleased. The one or two very minor issues were resolved quickly to our satisfaction. If you need new windows or doors, I highly recommend reaching out to the team at Chicago Window Guys. We contacted The Chicago Window Guys after seeing the spectacular work they did for my Neighbours home. I was connected with Mark who present us with a lot of options but made it very easy to make a decision with out being overwhelmed. Mark was always available to answer questions, the gentleman that measured the windows was on time, speedy and had a great customer service persona. I have more windows to replace and will be calling Chicago Window guys when that time comes.

After receiving quotes from a few of the big name window companies, my neighbor recommended I reach out to Chicago Window Guys. I love the custom windows at their home, so was happy to receive the advise. They installed a new large picture window that looks fantastic. The installation was quick, easy, and friendly. All of the options are standard and they offer an excellent warranty. If I need more windows in the future I will 100% come back and will recommend to all of my friends. This is a no brainer, call Chicago Window Guys!

I HIGHLY recommend Chicago Window Guys! I was immediately contacted by Russ after I inquired about our project and a time to meet was set up. Russ was easy to talk to and understood our project which was a new front door, but also replacing a back swinging door and pair of windows with a sliding door. Chicago Window Guys did the whole project and did both our front door and slider in ONE DAY! I cannot thank them enough and we’re already planning our next project for the Chicago Window Guys!

Great experience working with Russ and his team on some custom sliding doors/windows. Price was fair and everyone involved was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. The installers were great – showed up on time and got everything installed and cleaned up. They did a great job with cleaning up and installing new trim. These doors are a massive upgrade from what they replaced. The temperature is now much more consistent in our condo and will require less a/c to keep our place cool this summer. Will use Chicago Window Guys again.
