“This was the most straightforward option. I had 4 estimates and let’s just say it was overly complicated. Russ is easy to talk to clear and transparent. The installation guys were fast and thorough. They had a mix-up with the number of hashes in the window pane. One side was less than what was being replaced. They immediately contacted the office and ordered replacements. It took them less than 10 min to replace once they arrived. It was only cosmetic but our association is a stickler. I appreciate that they stick to their product and installation.
