I had countless companies come out and half looked at it and turned us away due to the size and weight of the window, even the big name companies. Russ and crew came in and found that the leak was due to pitch and limestone. They replaced the limestone and also replaced my front door. Great experience working with Russ and his team on some custom sliding doors/windows. Price was fair and everyone involved was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. The installers were great – showed up on time and got everything installed and cleaned up. They did a great job with cleaning up and installing new trim. These doors are a massive upgrade from what they replaced. The temperature is now much more consistent in our condo and will require less a/c to keep our place cool this summer. Will use Chicago Window Guys again.
