The first time we visit your home, we’ll talk about your project. The goal of the visit is two-fold: first, we will look at the windows that need to be replaced or installed; second, we’ll show you product examples and give you advice on what window is most suitable for your space, your home, your budget, your needs, etc. This is when we can talk about the approximate cost of window replacements and the average installation price for your project. The consultation will last somewhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Please ensure the areas to be inspected are clean and accessible, and any pets are accommodated accordingly prior to the visit.

We had an excellent experience with the Chicago window guys. We had a leaky window that is positioned over the front door. I had countless companies come out and half looked at it and turned us away due to the size and weight of the window, even the big name companies. Russ and crew came in and found that the leak was due to pitch and limestone. They replaced the limestone and also replaced my front door. I had a full house window replacement and sliding door replacement. They were very straight forward about the whole process. The cost was great and the installers were prompt and did awesome work. I HIGHLY recommend Chicago Window Guys! I was immediately contacted by Russ after I inquired about our project and a time to meet was set up. Russ was easy to talk to and understood our project which was a new front door, but also replacing a back swinging door and pair of windows with a sliding door. Great experience working with Russ and his team on some custom sliding doors/windows. Price was fair and everyone involved was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. The installers were great – showed up on time and got everything installed and cleaned up. They did a great job with cleaning up and installing new trim. These doors are a massive upgrade from what they replaced. The temperature is now much more consistent in our condo and will require less a/c to keep our place cool this summer. Will use Chicago Window Guys again.
