We had an excellent experience with the Chicago window guys. We had a leaky window that is positioned over the front door. I had countless companies come out and half looked at it and turned us away due to the size and weight of the window, even the big name companies. Russ and crew came in and found that the leak was due to pitch and limestone. They replaced the limestone and also replaced my front door. The door has been in and window repaired for about a year now and has been fantastic. Russ and team were phenomenal to deal with. Highly recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend Chicago Window Guys! I was immediately contacted by Russ after I inquired about our project and a time to meet was set up. Russ was easy to talk to and understood our project which was a new front door, but also replacing a back swinging door and pair of windows with a sliding door. Great experience working with Russ and his team on some custom sliding doors/windows. Price was fair and everyone involved was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. The installers were great – showed up on time and got everything installed and cleaned up. They did a great job with cleaning up and installing new trim. These doors are a massive upgrade from what they replaced. The temperature is now much more consistent in our condo and will require less a/c to keep our place cool this summer. Will use Chicago Window Guys again.
